5 out of 5 stars A reliable, inexpensive shoe - for narrow feet only!   May 14, 2010
G. Kauppila (United States)
I'm on my third pair of these shoes. I mostly run half-marathons but I am training for the 2010 Chicago Marathon. I've been running in Adidas shoes since high school. I've tried the other brands but I always come back to Adidas. This shoe has been a winner for me. Inexpensive - I've purchased on line for as low as $54. They last an easy 200-300 miles. They feel light weight despite others complaints about their weight. These shoes are narrow and run small so I buy one size larger than I usually wear. I need a slight correction of my overpronation too and these shoes have been perfect for that. My one complaint is that they are small in the toebox and that's caused some minor problems with callouses on the tips of a few of my toes. The other thing is that they are not the most stylish shoe to wear but if you don't care about that than you're O.K.

My husband has worn this particular running shoe for 10-ish years and loves it. Will be sad when it's discontinued...which I think is happening now.

5 out of 5 stars great shoe...   November 4, 2009
Keven Ballew (Tacoma, Wa)
I've been running in this model shoe for almost ten years and hope that adidas continues producing this wonderful product. Excellent forefoot cushion, lite enough for longer distance runs and just the right amount of mid foot support. I wear a size 12 and yes this shoe sizes small, so be sure to buy atleast a 1/2 size larger. Would like to see more miles out of the shoe but that is my only con.

5 out of 5 stars Great running shoe   October 23, 2009

I have used this shoe since 1997 and it works like a charm for my neutral foot.

5 out of 5 stars narrow stability   July 9, 2009
Alpine (New York)
I have run in these for at least five years and I dread the possibility of Adidas cancelling them. They are narrow, which is great for me. I also get a kick out of paying $65 for shoes when all my running friends pay >$100.
